For as long as Debbie can remember, movement has been her passion, but her niche found her when she became her own first rehab client. After a ruptured disc and months of pain, she saw how the right exercise could reduce pain, restore confidence, and completely change daily life.
Today, Debbie specializes in coaching adults 50+ who are dealing with joint pain, arthritis, joint replacements, balance problems, or neurological movement disorders such as Parkinson’s and cervical dystonia. These are people who’ve often been told to “be careful,” who feel nervous in typical gyms, or who were told they have to choose between managing their condition and getting stronger.
Debbie’s niche is solving that problem: she designs safe, targeted strength and balance programs that work with your condition instead of fighting it. By combining functional strength training, balance and gait work, and when appropriate, aquatic exercise to reduce joint stress, she helps clients get stronger, improve their weak side, and move with greater stability without aggravating their symptoms.
As a Senior Fitness Specialist, Orthopedic Specialist, and Certified Coach, Debbie has helped clients move from walkers to walking unassisted, from constant fear of falling to navigating daily life with confidence. One client with cervical dystonia called training with Debbie the “silver bullet” she’d been chasing—finally gaining strength and balance without worsening her neck pain.
Debbie’s mission is simple and specific: to coach adults 50+ with complex conditions to stay strong, independent, and full of life through customized strength and balance programs that respect their bodies and condition. If you’re tired of being told to “just do what you can” and you want a clear, expert-guided plan, you’re in the right place
