For as long as I can remember, movement has been my passion. From coaching sports teams to training individuals in fitness, I’ve always been driven to help people achieve their best. But my journey into senior fitness began unexpectedly—when I became my own first client.
After suffering from a ruptured disc and enduring months of pain, I discovered the power of exercise in recovery. I saw firsthand how movement could transform lives, and I knew I had to help others experience the same benefits.
Today, as a Senior Fitness Specialist, Orthopedic Specialist, and Certified Coach, I work with clients who are overcoming injuries, regaining mobility, and striving to live stronger, more active lives. I’ve seen seniors go from walkers to walking unassisted, from pain to freedom. My goal is simple: to help you stay strong, independent, and full of life—no matter your age or fitness level.
